We will meet with both sides together and individually and help craft a proposed resolution for both sides. It will be up to both sides to agree. The parties will decide if they chose to adopt any suggestions or recommendations from the session.
Services start at $250 per hour and include:
– Plan For Preparation & Document Review (2 hrs)
– Mediation Preparation (2 hrs)
– Average Mediation (4 – 8 hrs)
